Having passport photos or visa photos made for China is possible with us s/a € 15,- and you will receive 6 photos for this. We neatly cut these photos for you, put them in a handy folder so that it is easy to take with you. If you also need the passport photo digitally, € 2,50 will be added. If you want the visa photo print and digital it’s € 20,- in total. Please note that the printed visa photo has a different format than the digital visa photo. In particular, the position of the head and eyes are different from each other. You may need all 2. We will send this digital photo to your e-mail address. For a passport photo the print version and digital version are the same.

Make a passport photo without an appointment:

You can walk-in without an appointment at the Hugo de Grootplein 17 in Amsterdam. Your photos are in principle ready immediately. It is not necessary to make an appointment for a passport photo in our studio.

Requirements for a photo printent on photo paper, both visa and passport:

Be very similar Have a white (smooth) background No white clothes should be worn in the photo Have the format of 33 mm width x 48 mm height The length of the head (from chin to crown) is between 28 mm and 33 mm The width of the head is between 15 mm and 22 mm The distance from the crown to the top of the photo is 3 mm to 5 mm The distance from the chin to the bottom of the photo is (greater than) 7 mm Looking straight into the camera with a neutral facial expression Ears visible, eyes open and mouth closed No earrings allowed Glasses are allowed as long as there is no reflection or shadow Head covering is only allowed for religious reasons and as long as the face is clearly visible Babies with closed or partially closed eyes are accepted Children should open their eyes and look straight into the camera The photo must be recent and not older than 6 months

Requirements for submitting a digital visa photo:

Adjustment in requirements:

We are aware of the latest developments in the rules and requirements that a country imposes on the passport photo. It is possible that a country decides to adjust the requirements for taking a passport photo. Therefore, always take the form that you receive from your consulate with you when you have the passport photo taken. In general, the consulate is the first to receive the new rules. We will then check for you whether the requirements correspond so that you are always up to date.
