Passport photo requirements Macau for passport and visa
The passport photo requirements for Macau are that you must submit 2 official color passport photos. This applies to the passport, ID card and drivers license but also to a tourist or work visa.
Cost of visa photo Macau
Having passport photos or visa photos made for Macau is possible with us s/a € 15,-. You will receive 6 photos. If you also need the photo digitally, € 2,50 will be added.
You can walk-in without an appointment at the Hugo de Grootplein 17 in Amsterdam. Your photos are in principle ready immediately. It is not necessary to make an appointment for a passport photo in our studio.
Passport photo requirements:
- Good resemblance and made recently
- Have a light (even) background without shadow
- Has the official format: 35 mm width x 45 mm height
- From chin to crown the face covers 70-80% of the photo
- May not be older than 6 months
- Printed on high quality photo paper
- Digital format is 826 pixels by 1062 pixels
- Sharp, clear, good contrast, no marks on the front or backside
- Looking straight into the camera with a neutral expression
- Natural skin tones
- No shadows visible in the face or background
- Eyes open and completely visible
- No reflections in the face or red eyes
- Glasses are allowed if the glasses are clear, there is no reflection, no thick frame, eyes must be completely visible
- Headgear is not allowed except for religious reasons.
From the bottom chin to the top of the forehead, everything should be visible, including the edges of the face

Visa photo requirements:

- The size of the face must be between 28 mm and 33 mm with 3 mm space on the top side
- May not be older than 6 months
- Printed on high quality photo paper
- Close-up of the head with the shoulders, the face covers 70-80%

- Looking straight into the camera with a neutral expression
- Natural skin tones
- No shadows visible in the face or background
- Eyes open and completely visible
- No reflections in the face or red eyes
- Glasses are allowed if the glasses are clear, there is no reflection, no thick frame, eyes must be completely visible
