The passport photo requirements for Micronesia are that you must submit 1 or 2 official color passport photos. This applies to the passport but also to a tourist or work visa.

These photos must:

Four (4) identical photos must be submitted.
The photos must be 40mm x 60mm wide and high.
They should show a close up of your face and the top of your shoulders so that your face takes up between 60% and 80% of the face or 36mm – 48mm from the chin to the crown of the head.
The background must be white
Neutral expression
The head should be perpendicular to the camera
