The passport photo requirements for Romania are that you must submit an official passport photo in color.

Passport photos for Russia can be made with us from € 15, – and you will receive 6 photos for this.
If you also need the photo digitally, € 2,50 will be added.
You can walk in without an appointment at Hugo de Grootplein 17 in Amsterdam. In principle, the passport photos are ready immediately.

These photos have the following requirements:

Well resembled and taken recently
Background should only be light and even in hue
In case of a visa have the format of 30 mm wide x 40 mm high
For a passport have the format of 35mm wide x 45mm high
When applying for a driver’s license, the passport photo must be 35 mm wide x 38.5 mm high and it should have a white background
For a Romanian ID card, Romanian citizens must submit 5 photos of 30 x 40 mm with a white background. These photos must have a 7 mm wide white band at the bottom of each photo and are therefore 47 mm high in total.
